Bean stuffing for croquettes or dumplings


INGREDIENT:

A glass of beans
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
3 tablespoons of olive oil
salt, pepper

PREPARE

  • Soak the beans overnight, the next day strain, pour new water and bring to a boil, reduce the heat and cook, covered, until tender. About halfway through cooking, add a pinch of salt.
  • Fry the diced onion and garlic in olive oil. Blend soft and cooled beans, then add onions and garlic. Season with salt and pepper as desired.

You can use the prepared stuffing for dumplings, croquettes or sandwiches.
