Baked breton beans

INGREDIENT:

400g Hansel Dwarf beans
150g of smoked bacon
150g of sausage
3- 4 tablespoons of tomato paste
salt, pepper, marjoram
4- 5 tablespoons of wheat flour
frying oil

PREPARE

  • Rinse the beans, pour 2 liters of cold water and leave overnight.
  • The next day, he cooks the beans in the same water, adding about half a tablespoon of salt.
  • Dice the bacon and sausage and fry in a little oil. (If the meat is fatty, no oil is needed.) Add to the pot with the beans.
  • When the beans are soft, add the tomato paste. Season with salt, pepper and marjoram.
  • Prepare the roux. Place the flour in a pan and mix it with cold water so that no lumps are formed.
  • Add the roux to the pot with beans. If necessary, season to taste.
