INGREDIENT:
2 cans of red beans
10 dates
5 tablespoons of cocoa
4 tablespoons of honey
1.5 teaspoons of baking powder
4 eggs
3 tablespoons of coconut oil
2 bananas
10 prunes
PREPARE
- Drain the beans in a strainer, rinse with water and drain.
