Bean brownie

INGREDIENT:

2 cans of red beans
10 dates
5 tablespoons of cocoa
4 tablespoons of honey
1.5 teaspoons of baking powder
4 eggs
3 tablespoons of coconut oil
2 bananas
10 prunes

PREPARE

  • Drain the beans in a strainer, rinse with water and drain.
  • Drain the beans, blend with dates, cocoa, honey and baking powder.
  • Add eggs and blend until smooth, at the end add coconut oil and bananas. Add chopped prunes and mix.
  • Pour the mass into a mold and bake for about 40 minutes. in 170 degrees C
