Bean burger

INGREDIENT:

2 cans of red beans
half a cup of bran
2 tablespoons of ground linseed
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
Herbes de Provence
salt, pepper
olive oil

PREPARE

  • Drain the beans in a strainer, rinse with water and drain. Transfer to a bowl and mash until puree.
  • Add the bran, flaxseed, diced onion, pressed garlic, olive oil and spices as desired.
  • Shape into burgers. You can prepare them on the grill or fry them in a pan with a little olive oil.
